Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for project/product market demand research and put forward R&D proposals; 2. Coordinating all departments of the company with other relevant parties to determine R&D programs and planning objectives; 3. Participate in project/product R&D process management; 4. Grasp the necessary supporting conditions for project operation, raise problems and organize solutions; 5. To be responsible for the promotion and problem-solving of the work at all stages of the project; 6. Organize project evaluation to ensure that all stages of the project meet technical planning requirements; 7. Participate in product market planning and promotion. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above in instrumentation, machinery, electronics, computer and other science and engineering specialties, with more than two years of experience in large-scale project scheduling and management in aerospace or other fields; 2. Familiar with project management process for innovation; 3. Positive, hardworking, good communication skills, good team spirit and organizational leadership; 4.
